1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Beyond10th ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Beyond10th is an online platform that provides both free and paid services:
Free Services:
- Personalized stream recommendations (Science, Commerce, Arts) based on user-provided information
- Curated lists of junior colleges in Pune and Mumbai
- College information including fees, boards offered, and streams available
- Tools to shortlist and share college preferences
Paid Services:
- Psychometric Assessment — a comprehensive 88-question test covering RIASEC interests, academic strengths, work values, study readiness, and confidence level
- AI-powered psychometric analysis and stream recommendations based on test results
3. User Eligibility
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- If under 18, have parental or guardian consent
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
5. Communications Consent
By creating an account or providing your phone number on Beyond10th, you consent to receiving communications from GreyAlpha Technologies Private Limited via:
- SMS: For OTP verification, payment confirmations, service updates, and promotional offers
- WhatsApp: For recommendation follow-ups, service updates, support messages, and promotional offers
- Phone Calls: For support follow-ups, counselling-related communications, and service feedback
- Email: For account notifications, service updates, newsletters, and promotional communications
These communications may include, but are not limited to:
- OTP and authentication messages
- Payment and transaction confirmations
- Recommendation and assessment-related updates
- New feature announcements and service improvements
- Promotional offers, discounts, and referral program updates
- Counselling session reminders and follow-ups
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by:
- Emailing us at contact@beyond10th.com with the subject "Unsubscribe"
- Replying "STOP" to any promotional SMS or WhatsApp message
Please note that opting out of promotional communications will not affect transactional messages (such as OTPs, payment confirmations, and essential service notifications), which are necessary for the functioning of your account.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We specifically disclaim:
- Accuracy of Information: While we strive to provide accurate college information, we cannot guarantee that all details (fees, admission criteria, etc.) are current or complete. Always verify with the respective colleges.
- Recommendation Accuracy: Our AI-powered recommendations are based on the information you provide and general patterns. Individual outcomes may vary.
- Admission Guarantee: Using our Service does not guarantee admission to any college or stream.
- Uninterrupted Service: We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from errors.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreyAlpha Technologies Private Limited, Beyond10th, and their affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from reliance on information provided through the Service
- Decisions made based on our recommendations
- Payment processing errors caused by third-party payment gateways or banking systems
- Any amount exceeding the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
8. User Responsibilities
By using our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself
- Use the Service only for its intended purpose
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Not use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our Service
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Verify all college information independently before making decisions

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software, is the property of GreyAlpha Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our algorithms
10. Paid Services, Pricing & Payment
Payment Information
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Beyond10th does not store your card details or banking information.
Certain features of the Service, including the Psychometric Assessment, require payment. By purchasing a paid service:
- Pricing: The price for each paid service is displayed on the relevant page at the time of purchase. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes.
- One Payment, One Test: Each payment for the Psychometric Assessment unlocks exactly one (1) test attempt. Once you begin and submit the test, the attempt is consumed. To take the test again, a new payment is required.
- Promotional Pricing & Discounts: We may offer discounted prices, promotional offers, or coupon codes from time to time. These offers are subject to their own terms, including validity periods and usage limits. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.
- Coupon Codes: Coupon codes are subject to specific terms such as expiry dates, maximum uses, and per-user limits. Coupons cannot be combined, transferred, or exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to invalidate any coupon that we believe is being used fraudulently or in violation of the coupon's terms.
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Your payment is subject to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your credit/debit card details or net banking credentials on our servers.
- Payment Confirmation: After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation and your test will be unlocked immediately. If there is a delay, please check your internet connection and try refreshing the page.
11. Referral Program
- Eligibility: The referral program is available to all registered users with a verified account on Beyond10th.
- How It Works: Each user receives a unique referral code and link. When a new user signs up using the referral code and purchases the psychometric test, the referrer earns the applicable referral reward and the referred user receives the active referral discount shown in the product flow.
- Referral Balance: Referral earnings are tracked as a referral balance (not a wallet or stored-value instrument). This balance is merely a record of payouts owed to you by GreyAlpha Technologies. It does not constitute a prepaid instrument, digital wallet, or deposit of any kind. The referral balance cannot be used to purchase goods or services on the platform.
- Payout Terms: You may request a payout once your referral balance reaches the minimum payout amount displayed on your referral dashboard. Payouts are processed within 5-7 business days via bank transfer to the bank account details you provide. GreyAlpha Technologies verifies payout details before processing and reserves the right to request identity verification (name, phone number, and bank account ownership) before releasing any payout.
- Refund Reversal: If a referred user's payment is reversed, refunded, or charged back for any reason, the corresponding referral reward will be deducted from your referral balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the reversal, the deficit will be adjusted against future earnings.
- Earning Cap: GreyAlpha Technologies may impose per-user or program-wide earning caps at any time. Any such cap will be communicated via the referral dashboard or email before it takes effect.
- Anti-Fraud: Self-referral, fake or duplicate account creation, collusion, automated or bot-driven referrals, and any activity intended to manipulate or abuse the referral program are strictly prohibited. GreyAlpha Technologies uses automated and manual review to detect such activity. Violations will result in immediate forfeiture of all referral earnings, reversal of any payouts already made (which the user agrees to return), and suspension or termination of the user's account.
- Restrictions: Each user can only be referred once. Referral discounts cannot be combined with coupon codes.
- Program Changes: GreyAlpha Technologies reserves the right to modify reward amounts, payout thresholds, earning caps, pause, or terminate the referral program at any time. Any earned balance before program termination will be honored subject to anti-fraud review.
- Tax Responsibility: Referral earnings may be taxable under applicable Indian tax laws (including TDS provisions where applicable). Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on referral income.
12. Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are not satisfied with your psychometric report, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of receiving it. Please read this section carefully.
- Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your psychometric assessment report, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of receiving the report by emailing contact@beyond10th.com with your reason for dissatisfaction. Refunds are processed at our sole discretion after reviewing the request.
- Refund Window: The 48-hour refund window begins from the time the report is generated and delivered to your account. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
- How to Request: Email contact@beyond10th.com with your registered email, transaction ID, and reason for requesting a refund. We will respond within 48 hours.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- No Cancellations After Test Start: Once you begin the test, the attempt is consumed. However, you are still eligible for the money-back guarantee after receiving your report.
- Unused Test Attempts: If you have paid for a test but have not yet taken it, the test access remains available in your account indefinitely.
- Technical Issues During Test: If you experience a technical issue during the test (browser crash, internet disconnection, power failure, etc.), your progress is saved automatically. You can resume the test from where you left off. If you are unable to resume or if data is lost due to a genuine platform error on our end, please contact our support team at contact@beyond10th.com within 48 hours of the incident. We will review your case and, at our sole discretion, may provide a replacement test attempt or a full refund.
- Payment Failures: If a payment is deducted from your account but the test is not unlocked, please wait for 15 minutes as the payment may still be processing. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your payment reference/transaction ID. We will verify the payment status and unlock your test or, if the payment was not successfully captured, the amount will be automatically reversed by your bank within 5-7 business days.
- Duplicate Payments: If you are charged twice for the same test due to a system error, please contact our support with both transaction IDs. We will verify and issue a reversal for the duplicate charge.
13. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party services including:
- Firebase (Google): For authentication services
- Google Gemini AI: For generating personalized recommendations
- Razorpay: For secure payment processing
- WhatsApp: For sharing functionality and service communications
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. For payment-related queries handled by Razorpay, you may also refer to Razorpay's Terms of Service.
14. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
- Update these Terms with notice posted on this page
- Change the features, functionality, or pricing (if applicable) of the Service
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and data (subject to legal requirements)
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
- Refund eligibility upon termination is subject to the refund policy in Section 12
- Payment obligations and refund terms survive termination of your account
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

- We will respond within 48 hours and attempt to resolve the issue amicably
- If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration being Pune, Maharashtra
- The language of arbitration shall be English
